This communication will provide you with a brief Q and A to help you navigate the 2019 season.

We look forward to supporting all of you (players, cheerleaders, coaches, and parents) as we kick off the Medway HS Football and Cheer Season!

Question: What is the Medway Gridiron Club?

Medway Gridiron is a booster club that supports our Medway High School (MHS) Football and Cheer Programs. We are a registered 501©(3) nonprofit organization and will be communicating with you throughout the 2019 season.

Question: How Do I Become Involved as a New or Returning Parent?

We strongly recommend you attend our Monthly Medway Gridiron Meeting. At those meetings we will discuss upcoming events including any volunteer opportunities. Meetings are the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM @ The VFW in Medway, MA. Our next meeting will be held this Wednesday, August 15, 2019 @ 7:30 PM.

Question: How Do I Stay Up To Date With All Of Our Upcoming Events?

TeamPages is the offical website for Medway Gridiron. An account on TeamPages will allow you to automatically receive important announcements throughout the season.

Included on this list is the official MIAA Medway Freshman, JV, and Varsity Football schedules. We encourage you to sign up and follow these schedules so you are notified of any changes during the season.

Important Note: Your “final” source of truth regarding any practice or game schedule update that may occur during the 2019 season is your head coach. The head coach will communicate this important info directly to the players or via the captains to the players throughout the season.

Hello Medway Gridiron Families,

Hope you’re enjoying your summer, hard to believe that the start of football season is just around the corner.

We will kick off the season with our annual Media Day event taking place on Thursday, August 15th at the High School North Field. Tim Rice will once again provide his services for both the individual and team shots as well as our home game photo-historian.

Tim will shoot 3 Varsity (including Senior Night parent photos), 2 JV, 2 Freshman and the Thanksgiving Day games. All photos from the games will be available to anyone who purchases the game day pass package. This is a great way to get professional, action shots of your athlete; Tim does a terrific job capturing the energy of the game in his photos from the participants and the crowd.

Photos will be taken of players in their BLUE jerseys (chinos or shorts) and cheerleaders in full uniform, starting with football at 4:15 followed by Cheer at 5:15. An order form is available at https://www.teampages.com/teams/834763-Medway-Mustangs-Gridiron-Club-football-team-website/documents/515308. It also can be downloaded from the Gridiron website at www.medwaygridiron.com under Downloadable Forms Gridiron Documents.

Please complete the form and mail it to Medway Gridiron, PO Box 651, Medway, MA. Alternately, you may send the form and payment with your athlete on the day of the shoot; however, we ask that you email us to confirm their participation prior to the event. Do include the athlete’s name and year of graduation in the correspondence, we will monitor the roster closely to ensure we connect with all registered families.

There will be 7 v 7 tonight at Ashland Middle School due to the reschedule from last Thursday.

Due to the schedule change there is NO workout tonight at the High School.
